Due to the impending state visits from the heads of State of the UK and USA, severe restrictions are being placed on Phoenix Park (and to a lesser extent Trinity College).
This Saturday's match (May 14th) in Trinity between Dublin University 3 and Leinster 7 will be starting earlier than the scheduled time (time to be confirmed). Sunday's match (May 15th) between Dublin University 2 and Pembroke 4 has been moved to Sunday 29th May.
However, it is in Phoenix Park where the disruption is being most keenly felt. This Sunday's matches in the Phoenix Park will be starting earlier, as cars have to be out of the Park by 7pm. The Division 4 match between Phoenix 2 and Laois 1 will start at 11.30am; the time of the Civil Service 5 vs Halverstown 2 match is to be confirmed.
From Monday 16th May to Wednesday 25th May (inclusive) all matches (another nine in total) will have to be postponed and refixed. Clubs should contact each other directly, informing Paul Reynolds (Open) or Brian O'Sullivan (Youth) of the agreed date for the refix.
