CL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (THURS 5.6.2025)

The CL Annual General Meeting (AGM) was completed on Thursday 5th June at Sydney Parade.

Our thanks to Pembroke CC for hosting and to all those who attended.

The following clubs were represented:

Balbriggan

Clontarf
Halverstown
Laois
Leinster
Malahide
Merrion
North County
North Kildare
Pembroke
Phoenix
Railway Union
Rush
Terenure
The Hills
Tyrrelstown

The chairs of the Open, Youth, Women’s, Grounds & Accreditation Committees were also in attendance.

The meeting was chaired by John Heavey (Board Chair) and the financial statements were presented by Barry Tucker (Chair of Finance).

The key outcomes were as follows:

1) The audited YE2024 accounts were approved.

2) Ronan O’Sullivan and Alan Lewis were re-elected as Board Directors.

Tributes were paid to Peter Lacy who retired from the Board having served since 2019.

There were twelve (12) clubs presented with their grants from the CL Inclusion Fund (in memory of Paul Reynolds). The presentations were made by Meena (as CL President) and Jennifer Richards (for the Reynolds family).

In aggregate, €10,000 was distributed in support of inclusion projects across the province.

The next company meeting will be the CL Autumn General Meeting.
