North West Warriors 193/10 V Leinster Lightning 271/5

Leinster Lightning won by 78 Run(s)

Plenty of positives from Lighting, with List A bests for Jack Tector with the bat, Gareth Delany with the ball, and George Dockrell taking four wickets in a List A match for Lightning for the third time
Lightning win by 78 runs to get their second win of the IP50 season
It's been something of a forlorn hope for the Warriors , never quite looking like getting close to Lightning's total. From a Lightning perspective, the highlight has been Gareth Delany's career new bowling of 3-47, beating his previous best of 3-58 against Sri Lanka A in his last List A match in January
Lightning score 34 off the last five to end up with 271/5.
Jack Tector keeps on going, and has now scored his first List A hundred. It's the 8th hundred scored in the IP50, with seven of them scored by Lightning players. 110 is currently the the joint 6th highest score in the competition
Andrew Balbirnie falls for 94, his 12th List A 50, and the fourth time he has gone past 50 for Lightning in the IP50.
The partnership ends at 182 - the third highest partnership in the history of the IP50, all by Lightning players
Lighting' s highest partnership against the Warriors in the North West is 202 between John Anderson (77) and Simi Singh (136) for the 3rd wicket in Strabane in 2016. The highest Lightning partnership in Bready was between Jack Tector (58) and Ed Joyce (49) for the 1st wicket in 2017 - Tector and Balbirnie are approaching that milestone now
This is only the second IP50 match to be played in Bready. In the last match, Lightning won by 27 runs after scoring 232/10, with Jack Tector and Kevin O'Brien both scoring 58
And Jack Tector moves on to 59, his highest IP50 score
Jack Tector's third IP50 50, and his first since July 2017 - also in Bready!
In all IP50 matches, Lightning lead the series 8-1, with the one Warriors victory being back in September 2013 in Strabane. There have also been four matches rained off!
