This is the third notice of the AGM. A final formal notice will be issued 14 days before the meeting. There have been no notices of motion received by 1st October.
Thank you to the clubs who have sent in nominations. There are still many who have to do so and I ask them to submit as soon as possible. As I am out of the office all day on Thursday will be issuing the official Agenda with the nominations to date tomorrow so would appreciate if you could nominate before then. If there are additional candidates after the official notice has been circulated an amended Agenda will be circulated the week before the meeting.
I confirm that the AGM will be held on Thursday 13th November in Clontarf at 7.45.
In addition at this meeting there are elections for the following positions so all nominations are welcome but in any event must be received no later than 7 days before the meeting i.e. by Thursday 6th November. Below I have included the people presently in the positions who also need to be re-nominated if they are seeking re-election. Therefore you will need to contact the people before nominating them.
Nominations are particularly welcome from clubs that are not represented on any committee. Also during the year there are people who think that some committees are not running properly now is the time for those people to get themselves nominated and help with the running of the union. It is your union and all personnel on all committees are volunteers and are trying to do the best for cricket in Leinster.
