South Dublin coach Kenny Carroll commented on the team and their upcoming match: 'We are looking forward to hosting Bedford Modern School at Corkagh Park (Naas Road) this Wednesday. BMS always have a strong team and play cricket in the right spirit. It will be a great learning experience for the South Dublin XI players. All the selected boys have put in good performances for their respective clubs throughout the summer so far. We are especially pleased to see three homegrown Adamstown CC players represent South Dublin on their home ground and this shows the continued progress ACC are making, with the assistance of South Dublin County Council and Cricket Leinster, in developing youth cricket in the South West area of Dublin.
