Whilst the battle at the bottom of the Division 1 and the top of Division 2 needs a hefty instruction manual, the Division 1 finale can be written down on the back of the proverbial fag packet.
Clontarf host Phoenix in Castle Avenue, and need only three points to retain their Division 1 title, and to become the first back to back winners of Leinster's top league since North County in 2006. Clontarf themselves last one consecutive league titles in 1995 and 1996.
Pembroke have an outside chance though, and have to get as many points as possible when they travel to bottom team (at the time of writing) Railway Union, and hope that Clontarf slip up. Pembroke must get at least 23 more points than Clontarf to win the league - which means a big Pembroke win, and a big Clontarf loss are Pembroke's only hope.
