Match - LCU 20/20 Cup Group C, North County 5 vs Ring Commons 1,  Thursday 31st May 2012


Details of incident/Action taken - Ring Commons 1 fielded an unregistered player. 
Ring Commons 1 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations.  As it is Ring Commons' first offence, the club were given a final warning.

Details of incident/Action taken - The OCC decided that Kamal Merchant was too good to be playing for YMCA 3. On appeal The LCU Executive decided that Kamal Merchant could continue to play for YMCA, 3 as long as he did not bowl.

Club/Team - Merrion 8

Match -Division 14, Mullingar 3 vs Merrion 8, Monday 4th June

Details of incident/Action taken - Merrion 8 played a match on the same day that Merrion 6 gave a walkover against Wexford Wanderers 1 in the Middle 2 Cup.

Merrion 8 were found to be in breach of 9.4.4 of the General Playing Regulations, and were penalised the 23 point they won in the match (0 from 25). The match was removed from the record of Mullingar 3
