Following the distribution of passwords the new system for rationalising e/mail communications between clubs and the LCU has been put in place. For clubs the standrd address will be firstname.lastname@example.org. As explained in the guidance unless they wish to do so clubs do not need to take any action at this point as any e/mail sent to the new address will be automatically forwarded to the e/amil address that the club has provided to the LCU.
In due course if the club changes this forwarding e/mail address or wishes to use the cricketlesinter address to send out messages or to allow more than one person to monitor correspondence to the club e.g. when the Secretary is on holidays or out of e/mail contact, then they can use the new address. This is all explained in the guidance which can be found under Regulations > Guidance > Managing @cricketleinster.ie e/mail accounts.
