The remaining two Leinster teams face difficult away ties in the semi-finals of the RSA irish [Bob Kerr] Cup. Following victories by Waringstown, Donemana and The Hills in the re-fixed quarter final matches the draw for the semi-fials to be played on Saturday 4th August is :

Donemana v Merrion

Waringstown v The Hills

The completed quarter final results saw Donemana beat Railway Union in a high scoring game with the home team batting first and posting a massive 348/9 [R Hunter 114, A McBrine 64] and Railway reply with 207 all out [P Collins 64]

Waringstown had to work harded for their win against North County. North County batted first and Conor Armstrong [75] compiled his second half-century of the weekend to help post a competitive score. 94* from G Addicott provided the backbone for the Warinstown reply. Final score 253/7.

The Hills squeezed past YMCA by the closest of margins. YMCA only managed 157 batting first but some managed to hold The Hills to the same score. The Hills got through on the fewer wickets lost.
